Romans 4:3

For what does the Scripture say? “Abraham believed God, and it was counted to him as righteousness.”

Do you believe God? He says so many things. Do we believe Him? God made an absurd promise to Abraham. He told an old man that he would have descendants that outnumbered the stars in the sky and the grains of sand on the earth. God says such crazy things.

Jesus tells us not to worry about tomorrow. It will take care of itself. Do you believe Him? Jesus says that He holds you in His hands and nothing can take you out. Do you believe Him? Jesus tells us that He will never leave us or forsake us. Do you believe Him? Jesus says that we will have tribulation, but do not fear because He has overcome the world. Do you believe Him? Jesus says that the Spirit will give the boldness and the words to say as we carry the Gospel? Do you believe Him?

Jesus gives us tremendous promises. They will never mean much to you, until you believe Him.
